As mentioned in another thread I have had problems getting Quax' kkeyled package to work as intended.

Don't know if it has to do with changes in fluxflux after 2009.1 or if Quax silently and discreetly has rebuilt the package or of I made some stupid mistake last time, but when I reinstalled it this weekend I was able to set it up with changes permanent.

As before, it sometimes happen that kkeyledd doesn't load fully but 'stays' as a labelled box in the taskbar instead of showing icons in the tray to the right. But that can be fixed by logging out and in, or closing theprogram and restart it from a terminal.

I'm very pleased having this addition to the distro.

My desktop with caps on and num off:

"Ubuntu": an African word, meaning "Slackware is soooo difficult"
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
„Ubuntu”: ein afrikanisches Wort, das bedeutet „Slackware ist soooo schwer”

Hi Kgha,

glad to hear that it is working now :D

...Quax silently and discreetly has rebuilt the package

I'm not the one to blame ;) - none of the concerned packages has been changed...

Regards, Quax
